  1. Quite a take on soba! I always wondered just how it was made. Seems like a fun activity to do at school. Thanks for the post!

You’re welcome, and yes, it was a very enjoyable way to spend a weekday morning, although not the sort of thing the students will get to try very often, as soba flour is so darned expensive (I assume making udon and ramen is a similar process, though, so that could be a goer for a home economics lesson…).
